How do I block my Shell Card if it is lost or stolen?

We provided 24 hours hotline service for report lost or stolen card. You can email us via blockcard-hk@shell.com 

or you can call our hotline during office hour：+852 2506 1000

Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
Weekends and Public Holidays: hotline available for reporting lost or stolen cards
